Painting WITH Glass Workshop

Description

Learn the art of painting WITH glass by making one (1) fused glass panel OR two (2) beautiful fused glass nightlights of your own design using glass frit (crushed glass). Each panel will be approx. 6 x 12" or each nightlight will be approx. 3 x 4". Nightlight fixtures are included with the class for those who choose this option. Please come prepared with a simple line drawing of a design that you would like to try. Artist Mandy Sirofchuck will go over working with glass frit safely and answer any design questions. Your projects will then be "fused" in our glass kiln, meaning there is no use of metals or soldering in this class, and are typically ready to pick up within 2 days. This is perfect for beginners, or those with some experience looking for a fun project to do with other like-minded, creative people! Class size is limited to 8 people, ages 14 and older, ensuring a high level of attention. We require 3 to run the class. All materials provided. Just bring yourself! Register @ mainexhibitgallery.com
